Every day you carry a tablet. Clock in when you start, clock out when you're done.
Everything saves on the device. Works all day without Wi-Fi. Syncs automatically at the shop.
The bar at the bottom is the whole app: Home (your day), Clock, Jobs, Fleet, Photos, More.
1. Tap your name. Enter your 4-digit PIN.
2. Look at Home. It shows your plan for today, your tasks, and one big button.
3. Pre-trip your machine. Fleet tab: tap the folder, tap the machine, run the checklist, enter hours and fuel.
4. Clock in. Pick the job (or SHOP DAY). Driving? Pick the truck and enter the odometer. Tap the safety check. CLOCK IN.
5. Work the job. The Clock tab shows your work order: what to do, the address, gate codes. Log progress and take photos as you go — every one pays XP.
6. End of day. Run the closeout checklist, tap WRITE IT FOR ME, fix the report, CLOCK OUT. Full checklist + real report = +40 XP.
If you only remember one thing: everything the tablet asks for pays XP, and XP pays you — leaderboard, events, rewards.
Crew: the steps above, every day. Your tasks show on Home — check them off as you finish, each pays XP. Need materials? Jobs → Materials. Bought something? More → Fuel & 💳.
Crew leads (Taylor, Josh, Ben): everything crew does, plus: your crew's live board is on the Missions tab — who's clocked in, hours, XP. You claim open calls from dispatch. You hand out tasks from Home (type it, pick the person, done).
Operators (Marvin, Lino): log into your machine every shift (Clock → PICK MY MACHINE). Your Machine panel on Missions shows your shift time and service alerts. Hours you enter at pre-trip drive the maintenance schedule — enter them right.
New machine on site? Anyone can add it: Fleet → ADD THIS MACHINE. Name it like it's painted, pick the type, read the hour meter, photo the data plate. +75 XP.
Office / Garrett: the Command Center (locked) sets the daily plan, posts open calls and tasks, and watches everything live. The same numbers land on Mission Control automatically.

Every 60 to 90 days, the top 3 streaks win a paid day out.
