Everything you do earns XP:

100% day+10 XP

80%+ day+6 XP

Each photo+5 XP

Below 50%nothing

Get 100% every day in a row and your streak grows. Miss a day, streak resets to zero.

🔧 SAFETY & EQUIPMENT

Pre-trip and post-trip inspections are required. Every day, every piece of equipment you use.

If you find an issue, log it in the Safety tab. That's how we keep the fleet running and keep everyone safe.

If your equipment isn't in the list, add it yourself from the Safety tab.

❓ COMMON QUESTIONS

Does this work without Wi-Fi?

Yes. Everything saves on the tablet. It syncs automatically when you're back at the shop on Wi-Fi.

What if I forgot to log something?

You can still log it. Just do it before you turn in the tablet at end of day.

What if my equipment isn't listed?

Add it yourself from the Safety tab. Enter the make, model, and year.

What if I need materials on site?

Go to the Materials tab, tap what you need, hit submit. The office gets the request.

Who sees my data?

Your foreman and the office. This is how we track jobs, hours, and keep everyone accountable.
